Maldives Surfing Atolls

The 26 (surfing-) atolls of the maldives are composed of over 1.200 islands and provide our surfguests a lot of space and freedom for their adventures.

The North Male Atoll

The most known surfing atoll of maldives is the northern male atoll. The same named city and island Malé is also based in these atoll and defines the geogragraphical center of maldives. You can easy travel inside the North Male Atoll by boat, speedboat or airplane. The high amount of maldives surfareas and their optimal locations enthusiasm yearly thousends of surfers.

The South Male Atoll

The South Male Atoll is perfect for those who search relaxation times away of the hectical city Malé. The South Male Atoll is disconnected by the wadu canal from the North Male Atoll. The South Male Atoll counts round about 32 islands, 17 islands are used for touristic activities and 3 another islands are opened for natives only, called local islands. In the South Male Atoll you can do also all known water activities like diving, surfing, snorkel or fishing.
